- Requirements:
- Have a minimum freediving certification level 1 or similar.
- Own diving insurance (you can purchase one at our school).
- Includes: Theoretical class, digital material. Instructor, freediving equipment, buoy, line and depth weight.
- Carbon fin rental 15€ only for experienced students and only at sea.
Full equipment rental 20€ and 5€ for single pieces. - Instructor: Omar Mourad specialist in the sector with many years of high level competition experience.
- The guides and spearfishing lessons include speargun and fishing buoy.
For this practice a fishing license is mandatory, contact us and we will explain everything.

EXCURSIONS
Sunken wreck
- Price: (minimum of 2 people):
- Without scooter: 55€ per person
- With scooter: 85€ per person
- Includes: all equipment and instructor.
- Requirements: minimum freediving level 1, insurance (possible to contact our center).
EVENTS
Depth Campus with Miguel Lozano

- 4 days full of theory, stretching, depth sessions and variable weights.
- Requirements: minimum level 1 or level 2 freediving and insurance.
EXTRA SERVICES
Logistic service and support for underwater video.
Apnea Canarias collaborated in the realization of many underwater projects such as documentaries, short films, advertisements, photos, TV programs.
We take care of all the logistics such as boats, necessary equipment, permits, water safety, emergency plan and search for the most suitable locations for the shooting, and we collaborate with the best video operators and professional photographers.
PHOTOGRAPHY
‘On Training’ Shooting:
Photo session during your training session or on your last course day. Before leaving the water, we can review the content and extend the session if needed.
It’s the best option if you want some memories without dedicating an extra dive. After the session, we will review the content to make a selection.
High-quality photographs with a professional camera.
Price: 10 photos – €150
‘Dedicated’ Shooting:
1-to-1 photo session with the option to take place in different locations, including shots out of the water.
We will dedicate around 4 hours including transfers and the sea session.
After the session, we will select together the content to edit.
Option to keep the RAW files of the entire session. (You must bring a hard drive or USB stick for this purpose)
This is your best option if you are looking for the most exclusive and artistic content.
Highly recommended for freediving professionals looking to build a professional portfolio.
Price: from €390 (depending on the agreed amount of photo editing)
(*) If you are considering this option, it is best to plan the session in advance. We will develop the project together to achieve the content you are looking for.
Underwater Photography Workshop
If you want to learn how to take photos underwater, this two-day course is just what you need.
The course structure focuses on two key aspects:
- Feeling comfortable in your dives so you can focus on capturing the best composition for your photos.
- Understanding how light works underwater to configure your camera correctly and prepare for image editing.
We will have two sea sessions (the first in the afternoon and the second in the morning) and two classroom sessions (initial theory and final photo processing)
If you don’t have your own photography equipment, you will have a complete set included in the course price. (Sony a7 III + waterproof case)
Each day lasts approximately 8 hours.

Scooter ´For Fun´ Course
We start with a briefing where you will learn the basic measures to enjoy a dive as fun as safe.
For the session, we use powerful scooters that require proper underwater handling.
The water session will be 1-to-1 to ensure the best experience.
Available only to certified freedivers with a minimum comfort level down to 15-20m.
During the session, you will have the option to use a GoPro and/or Insta360. You can record and/or be recorded, completely your choice.
The activity will last approximately 2.5 hours.
