Training

This activity goes for those freedivers who already have a certification and are familiar with training standards and safety.

During these sessions our instructors will lead you to improve your techniques giving a personalized advice on how to identify and solve your problems: equalization techniques, free-fall, relaxation and mental barriers blocking your natural improvement.
